Goal:
Find military support and collaboration for resuscitation device and secure funding.
Results:
Wrote and disseminated 1-page white paper to align with DoD focus areas prior to a military medical conference, tried to work with the Program Manager but he was not interested because working with another company
Maintained communications in 5 months leading up to a military medical conference, researched the other company and its capabilities, then arranged to meet Program Manager at the conference
Educated the Program Manager on how device aligns with other company he was working with and how can fund both to meet military gaps to which he responded with a new RFP indicating the need for both capabilities
