Government Affairs Associate

Katie works in the Washington, D.C. office and is originally from Severna Park, Maryland. Katie worked in Congresswoman Grace Meng's office for three years, and started as an intern and worked her way up to becoming a Legislative Aide. She researched, drafted and advised on legislation, provided valuable assistance to constituents to help navigate government, and managed various appropriations projects for Congresswoman Meng's work as a Member of the House Appropriations Committee. Katie also worked as a Deputy Get Out the Vote Director in the 2014 congressional race in New Jersey's third congressional district. Katie's exemplary experience with appropriations and policy work on Capitol Hill provides clients with insightful direction for effective federal government engagement.
